Description
Members of the royal family of the empress as well as the various nation kingdoms all wear clothing of similar status although the actual aesthetic and craftsmanship is dependent on the culture of the island from which it came. All however are spun from a combination of silk, cotton and furs. They are often heavily embroided by skilled seamstresses with decorations. For the royal rulers, these decorations often depict their personal history and accomplishments. Along with this detail work it is often decorated with elements from creatures revered for their beauty such as the feathers of the Fenghuang bird and the scales of the Qilin.
